The product was set to be distributed as a monthly subscription service. It was to be sold to small firms, creative professionals, and freelancers. The role they were offering would eventually become akin to a Marketing Director role. The aim was for the chosen candidate to manage the marketing responsibilities for all of the business’s workflow solutions.

As they were looking to launch this new product, Oppolis were looking for someone to oversee this launch. They would ensure the new product’s reputation was upheld and ensure its presence on the market.

The responsibilities of the role would involve building up the product name. It would also involve helping ensure high-quality marketing presence online. The aim was that this would help generate new subscriptions to the service.

Product knowledge and experience is vital for senior roles such as Marketing Director. The client wanted a candidate who could bring them great success with their new product. To achieve this, they believed that the candidate needed to have experience launching a new product from the outset. They must also have created a profitable, successful subscription service.

They emphasised that Software as a Service (Saas) experience was essential. In addition, a strong understanding of subscription based models and targeting the right audience for the product was also needed.
